Honeymoon in Alaska - Day 3

This is the third post in the series where I share some of the photographs I made while on our honeymoon in Alaska. If you've missed the other ones, you can find them here and here

On the third morning of our trip we woke up on the shore of Ketchikan, Alaska. This small fishing town is partly built on a mountain's foot face, which means that some streets are connected by high and long flights of stairs, which are themselves named like streets.

We also went on a guided hike into Alaska's rain forest (an area which regularily gets over 4000 mm of rainfall annually). I saw wildlife on this hike: 3mm long salmon at the beginning of their lifecycle. I took no pictures of those.
