Day 7 of our Alaskan honeymoon marked the last day of the sea portion of our trip. If you've missed any of the last 6 days, I suggest you go back and have a look.
The main event on day 7 was waking up en route for the Hubbard glacier. We had just enough time to order room service to have a nice cup of coffee while listening to the cracks, pops and booms of the glacier calving, reminicent of a thunderstorm rolling in. This was, by far, the highlight of my trip.
Having partaken in the excellent dinner the night before also gave us the privilege of walking a tour of the ship's galleys. Needless to say, it takes alot of planning and bodies to feed 2,500 people every day.
Again, I'm having issues with Squarespace which can't seem to fix the problem I'm having posting images as slideshows as I have been doing a few days back. Therefore, again, in the meanshile I'll be posting pictures directly to Facebook. You can find them here, and you don't need an account to see them. If you do have an account, make sure to go to my Facebook fan page and click the like button at the top of the page to become a fan.
